| 1. How can I place my order? |
| After choosing the item you want to order, simply click the Add to Cart button. You will then be directed to your shopping cart. If you still want to browse other items, click the Continue Shopping button found in your shopping cart. Otherwise, click Checkout to start the checkout process. You must finish the checkout process until you get to confirm your orders. You will receive a message informing you that you have successfully placed your order with us. |

| 2. When should I pay for my order? |
| You will be given two working days to pay for your orders in your chosen payment method during the checkout. If we haven’t received your payment within two working days, we will cancel your orders. There are times wherein a client cannot pay within the given timeframe due to unavoidable circumstances. In cases like this, we can extend your payment period if proper notification is given. |

| 3. Why do I keep getting redirected to my shopping cart? |
| You will always be redirected to your shopping cart if there’s an item in your cart that is not available or is out of stock. |

| 4. How will I know if the item is in stock? |
| All items displayed in our site are available most of the time. We try our best to make sure that out of stock items are being removed from our product list. So if you see the item in our list, it means we have a stock for that item. |

| 5. How should I pay for my order through Paypal? |
| During the checkout process, you will be directed to the log in page of Paypal. You need to log in to your Paypal account and continue the next step until you return to our site. When you return to our site, you will be asked to confirm your shipping address, your chosen shipping and payment method again. After this, details of your order will be presented to you in which you have to confirm your order. It is very important that you receive a message informing you that you have successfully placed your order with us. Otherwise, it means that your Paypal payment didn’t push through. |

| 6. How can I pay through my credit card? |
| You don’t need to have a Paypal account to pay through your credit card. Simply choose the Paypal Express/Credit Card option in the payment page and you will be directed to a Paypal page. Enter your credit card information in that page and continue with the checkout process until you receive a message informing you that you have successfully placed your order with us. |

| 7. Will it be safe to pay online using my credit card? |
| All credit card payments are being processed securely by Paypal. Our site does not keep or save information about your credit card details. We do not hold any financial information about your credit card. |

| 8. Do you accept wholesalers? |
| We accept wholesalers in our site who wish to resell our items. However, not all our products are available for wholesale. We have discounts based on the quantity of an item that you are ordering. You will see it in the product information page. If you do not see this information in the product information of an item, it means it is not being offered for wholesale. There are cases wherein an item is being offered on a wholesale for a certain period of time so we advise you to check our site often for updates. |

| 9. Do you accept other modes of shipment? |
| We are currently using Xend Express and Air21 for our shipments. If you wish to use other mode of shipment in case Xend or Air 21 is not available in your area, kindly Contact Us so that we can talk about your preferred shipping method. We charge a separate fee for this service depending on the method you prefer. |

| 10. Can I ask an additional discount for the prices indicated in your site? |
| Unfortunately, we do not accept haggling of prices. All prices indicated in our site are fixed. However, we try our best to offer you the lowest possible price for each of the items we offer. We also have the Quantity Discounts wherein clients can avail additional discounts based on the number of items being ordered. And we issue discount coupons over the internet from time to time. We even have the Loyalty Point Program wherein you can accumulate points and use these points to pay for your purchases with Petness and Beauty. |
