Our Loyalty Point Program is as simple as it sounds. You will earn Shopping Points for the money you spent while shopping at Pet Ness Beauty The points you earn can be used to pay for your next purchases at Pet Ness Beauty.

The Loyalty Point Program started last Tuesday 02 February, 2010 . All purchases made after that date will earn you Shopping Points.

When an order is placed, the total amount* of the order will be used to calculate the amount of points that you will earn. These points are added to your Shopping Points Account as pending points.
All pending points are listed in your Shopping Points Account and will remain there until approved or confirmed by Pet Ness Beauty.

These pending points will be released once approved by Pet Ness Beauty and your account will be credited with the value of those points. Pending points will only be approved after receiving the payment for your order. You must be logged in to your account if you want to view the status of your shopping points, .


You can start spending these shopping points on your next purchase if it reached the minimum number of points required for redemption. You will be able to pay for your order with your points balance during the checkout process.

*In most cases shipping fees, taxes and other charges are excluded.

Every Php1.00 you spend at Pet Ness Beauty earns you 1 point which you can use to pay for your next purchases. Every point has a value of Php0.01

For example:

          Product Cost:  Php100.00
          Shopping Points Earned:  100 points
          Value of Points Earned:  Php1.00

If you have a balance in your Shopping Points Account, you can use those points to pay for your purchases made at Pet Ness Beauty.

When choosing a payment method during your checkout process, a box will be provided to you where you can enter the amount of points you wish to redeem. Enter the amount of points you would like to spend or tick the box to use all your available points. You will still have to select your payment method if there is not enough in your Shopping Points Account to cover the cost of your purchase.

Continue the checkout process until you reach the confirmation page. If you choose to use your shopping points to pay for your order, the value of the points you redeem will be automatically deducted in the total amount of your order. Once you confirm your order, your Shopping Points account will be updated and the points you used will be deducted from your balance.

For any purchases made by redeeming points, shopping points will only be rewarded for the total amount after deducting the value of your redeemed points.

A minimum balance of 2,000 points (Php20.00) is required before you can redeem your points.
